This notice explains how we handle personal data on the almvale pre-launch website. It applies to the mailing list and any messages you send us. It will be updated before product accounts go live.
What we collect
When you join the launch list, we store your work email and, if you provide them, your name, organization, and whether you are interested in a pilot. We also receive standard technical data from your browser (such as IP address and user agent) via hosting logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to email you about the almvale launch, and — if you opt in — to follow up about a possible pilot. Hosting logs help us operate and secure the site.
Legal basis & retention
We process mailing-list data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@almvale.com. We keep list entries until you ask us to remove them, or until we decide not to launch and delete the list.
Where data is stored
almvale is built for European data residency. Pre-launch signup data is stored in infrastructure we operate for this marketing site. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights for the mailing list, contact us at hello@almvale.com.
